Chris was recently ranked 35th on the Wall Street Journal/Lore Magazine Top 100 Real Estate Teams!

Chris moved to Summit County from St. Louis in 1993 to pursue his passion for the mountains and the lifestyle it offers.

Chris’s first nine years here were spent working for the Breckenridge Ski Resort in different sales and marketing capacities including Special Events Manager. From there Chris moved on to be the Director of Sponsorships and Event Development at the Breckenridge Resort Chamber. In 2004 Chris decided it was time for a change. With the arrival of Slifer Smith & Frampton to Summit County in 2003 it was the perfect time to go into his family past time – real estate.

Chris currently lives in Breckenridge with his wonderful wife Shelly, daughter Georgia, son Nicholas and awesome dog Zoey. When Chris is not working his time is spent outdoors with family and friends enjoying all of the cool things that the Rocky Mountains have to offer. Summit County really is the best!
